This department is responsible for the issuance of new licenses as well as the renewal of existing ones to various market stakeholders operating within the Market Committee's premises, such as commission agents, traders, weighers, porters, transporters, buyers, etc. Furthermore, it oversees matters pertaining to the organizational structure and by-laws of the Market Committee. The Accountant serves as the Head of this department, and its operations are managed with the assistance of one Supervisor and two Junior Clerks.
