This department is responsible for the issuance of new licenses as well as the renewal of existing ones to various market stakeholders operating within the Market Committee's premises, such as commission agents, traders, weighers, porters, transporters, buyers, etc. Furthermore, it oversees matters pertaining to the organizational structure and by-laws of the Market Committee. The Accountant serves as the Head of this department, and its operations are managed with the assistance of one Supervisor and two Junior Clerks.

This department oversees all matters pertaining to the assets owned by the Market Committee—including leasing them out on a long-term basis or for rent, as well as asset transfers, among other related activities. The Supervisor serves as the Head of this department, and its operations are managed with the assistance of two Junior Clerks and one Assistant.

This department handles establishment-related matters concerning the officers and employees of the Market Committee, as well as tasks such as organizing Market Committee meetings, managing vehicle logistics, etc. The Accountant serves as the head of this department and oversees its operations.

All development works within the Market Committee, as well as the maintenance and repair of the Committee's assets, are executed through the Engineering Department. As a dedicated Engineering Department does not exist within this Market Committee, its functions are managed through private service providers as and when required.

All financial operations of the Market Committee are handled by the Accounts Department. This includes the disbursement of salaries, the settlement of all payments, the preparation of the Market Committee's financial statements, the formulation of budgets, and other related tasks. The Accountant serves as the Head of this department and is assisted by a Seasonal Accounts Assistant. The entire responsibility for this department rests with the Accountant.

This department is responsible for the recovery of outstanding dues owed to the Market Committee, as well as for the collection and dissemination of import-export data and daily market rates. The responsibility for the Recovery Department rests with the Heads of the Cotton and Grain Departments—located at both the headquarters and the sub-markets—and the entire operations related to this function are executed under their supervision.

This department carries out duties such as safeguarding all market yards and assets of the Market Committee, managing traffic, and taking precautionary measures to prevent theft and other untoward incidents. The Head of the Grains Department at the headquarters, along with Supervisors at the sub-branches, serve as the heads of this department; these responsibilities are discharged through the efforts of seasonal staff and security guards.

The Market Committee has developed a computer system to handle tasks such as recording arrivals within the market yard, preparing assessment sheets, processing employee salaries, and other related matters. This department is responsible for the management of this computer system, as well as the repair and maintenance of the Market Committee's assets, including computers, printers, and other equipment. To facilitate the maintenance of computer hardware, the services of private service providers and engineers are utilized.

This department carries out functions such as curbing the illegal transportation of regulated agricultural produce and exercising supervision over personnel stationed at inspection checkpoints. The Head of the Grains Department—at both the Headquarters and the Sub-branches—serves as the head of this department.

This department handles tasks such as representing the Market Committee's interests in various court cases. The Legal Officer serves as the Head of this department.
